Basketball Recap: Osceola Find Success

Montrose came into Monday's match looking for another win against Osceola, but Laney Uchtman wouldn't allow it. The Osceola Indians walked away with a 40-27 win over the Montrose Blue Jays on Monday thanks in part to Uchtman, who went 8 for 20 on her way to 19 points in addition to seven steals and six boards. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game.

Osceola's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Montrose, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-3.
