Basketball Recap: Dusable Skates Past Art in Motion with Ease

DuSable had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 52.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 73-36 victory over Art in Motion. The Panthers pushed the score to 71-28 by the end of the third, a deficit Art in Motion cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead DuSable to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jesse Suggs, who posted 17 points. The game was Suggs' third in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Tyshawn Burns, who earned 13 points.

DuSable's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Art in Motion, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
