Football Game Preview: Clayton-Ridge vs. MFL MarMac

Clayton-Ridge will look to defend their home turf on Friday against MFL MarMac at 7:00 PM. Clayton-Ridge come in off of four low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.

Clayton-Ridge took a serious blow against Bellevue last Friday, falling 7-42. Clayton-Ridge were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-35.

Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their game two weeks ago, MFL MarMac were humbled. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-44 to Sumner-Fredericksburg.

Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous matchup, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
