Meanwhile, Pope John Paul II won against University School of Nashville two weeks ago with four goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. Pope John Paul II had just enough and edged out Kirkwood 4-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Overton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Pope John Paul II, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
