Baseball Recap: Clearview Starts Season with Win Against Seneca

Clearview gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Seneca Golden Eagles with a sharp 11-4 victory. For the Pioneers, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 win the Golden Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2019.

The team relied heavily on Tyler Dell, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clearview will challenge Pennsville Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Seneca, they will square off against Eastern at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
