Springlake-Earth won the last time they faced Silverton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Springlake-Earth Wolverines walked away with a 38-31 win over the Silverton Owls. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Springlake-Earth's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Silverton, their loss dropped their record down to 3-16.

The future could be bright for both Springlake-Earth and Silverton: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Springlake-Earth will try to hand Kress their fourth-straight defeat when the two meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Silverton will look to extend Lazbuddie's 16-game losing streak when the meet at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
