Hall took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Conard, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Titans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Red Wolves on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Titans have posted since September 2nd.

Hall had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 19-25, 25-14, 26-24, 17-15.

Their offense was headlined by Madison Andrian and Natalie James, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Reva Shrestha and her 36 assists. Zuri Freeman controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.

Hall is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Conard, they dropped their record down to 11-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Conard, they will venture away from home to challenge Avon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
