Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Douglas). They breezed past the Hot Springs Bison to the tune of 68-28 on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Patriots with their most commanding win of the season.

Douglas' win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Hot Springs, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Douglas will take on Hill City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hill City knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully Douglas likes a good challenge. As for Hot Springs, they will challenge Sturgis Brown at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Hot Springs is facing Sturgis Brown at the right time seeing as Sturgis Brown is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
