Softball Recap: Hockaday Takes a Loss

Hockaday lost against Parish Episcopal back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Daisies came up short against the Panthers, falling 14-5. The loss leaves the Daisies still looking for their first win of the season.

Hockaday's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Parish Episcopal, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Hockaday will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Greenhill at 4:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Parish Episcopal, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Nolan Catholic at 6:00 p.m. The Panthers are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
