Basketball Recap: West Valley Comes Up Short

West Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 77-7 loss at the hands of the Colony Knights. The match marked the Wolf Pack's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

West Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Colony, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Valley won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Barrow at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Barrow will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something West Valley surely won't give up without a fight. As for Colony, they will square off against Palmer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
