Softball Recap: DeLand Bulldogs vs. Taylor Wildcats
DeLand made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Taylor, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The DeLand Bulldogs put the hurt on the Taylor Wildcats with a sharp 14-1 win on Tuesday. That 13 run margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.
DeLand let Emma Launer and Laila Flemming run wild. Launer scored two runs while going 3-for-3, while Flemming scored three runs while going 2-for-3. Launer also put up three RBI, which were her first of the season. Tameeya Hill was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.
