Volleyball Recap: Bremen Comes Up Short

Bremen was the 2-0 winner over Shepard when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Braves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Astros on Thursday. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13.

Bremen's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Shepard, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Bremen is taking a road trip to take on Glenbard South at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Shepard, they will take on St. Laurence at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Astros surely won't give up without a fight.
