Evans has no trouble against South Effingham

Recap: Evans Knights vs. South Effingham Mustangs
The Evans Knights''s three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 35-20 victory over South Effingham. The victory was just what Evans needed coming off of a 35-7 loss in their prior matchup.
Rayshaun King went supernova for Evans, rushing for 237 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. Ej Hogan and his 112 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Evans' win.
South Effingham's loss came despite strong showings from Aubrey Heath and Jakeim Leeks. Heath gained 92 total yards and a touchdown, while Leeks rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown.
Evans' victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for South Effingham, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Evans will head out on the road to face off against Woodward Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodward Academy will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. South Effingham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
