Marshall is a perfect 10-0 against Wilson since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Barristers will host the Mules at 3:00 p.m. Marshall has given up an average of 8.1 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Marshall fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Bravo on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 12-11. Even though they lost, the Barristers' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.1 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Gianna Saucedo made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 5-for-6 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. Alexa Guerrero was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Wilson's offense. They lost 13-0 to Eagle Rock on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Mules in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost nine in a row.

Marshall is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4. As for Wilson, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Marshall took their victory against Wilson when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 9-3 score. Do the Barristers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mules turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
