Santa Rosa Academy can attribute much of their success to Chris Jones, who scored 26 points along with six assists and four steals, and Austyn Hopkins, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hopkins has scored all season. Another player making a difference was James Johnson, who scored 16 points along with eight steals and six rebounds.
Temecula Prep posted their biggest win since December 21, 2023 on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 72-35 victory over California Military Institute at home.
The win got Santa Rosa Academy back to even at 12-12. As for Temecula Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.
