Football Recap: Boscobel Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Boscobel's offense. They were outmatched by Potosi/Cassville and fell 60-0. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 371st, while Potosi/Cassville are ranked 94th).

Boscobel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Potosi/Cassville, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Boscobel is set to square off against their familiar foe River Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Potosi/Cassville will face off against rival Iowa-Grant at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
