Emma Michael was her usual excellent self, going 7-for-16 en route to 23 points along with eight boards and seven steals for Santa Fe. That's the most steals Michael has posted since back in December of 2024. Addison Mullins was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Wellington-Napoleon's loss dropped their record down to 7-21. As for Santa Fe, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-5.

Wellington-Napoleon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Santa Fe, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-37 victory against Gilman City/North Daviess on the 4th.
