Basketball Game Preview: Cullman Christian Lions vs. Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions

The Cullman Christian Lions will challenge the Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Cullman Christian is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Winston County just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell to the Yellowjackets 48-43. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 369th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 174th).

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lane Christian Academy had to suffer through a 61-19 loss at the hands of Decatur Heritage Christian Academy. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Cullman Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-19.
