It's playoff time, and Flatonia had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Freer Buckaroos on Thursday as they made off with an 11-2 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

Flatonia has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-8-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Freer, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 15-10 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Flatonia beat the Buckaroos by a score of 11-1 later that day.
