Basketball Recap: Christian County Comes Up Short

Christian County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Warren Central Dragons, falling 70-30. While losing is never fun, the Colonels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Dragons are ranked seventh).

Christian County's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Warren Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season.

Christian County will take on University Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Warren Central, they will face off against Greenwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
