Gibbs extended their winning streak to four on Wednesday, bumping them up to 4-0. They came out on top against the Osceola Warriors by a score of 65-54. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Gladiators also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Ronald Williams had another great game (as he tends to do), shooting 60% from the field on his way to 18 points along with six boards and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brandon Perkins, who posted nine points and four steals.

Gibbs smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests dating back to last season.

As for Osceola, they now have a losing record of 3-4. The game marked their lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Osceola's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brolin Roth, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Deleeuw, who went 7-for-11 to rack up 19 points.

Coming up, Gibbs will challenge IMG Academy Navy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Osceola, they will square off against Seminole at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will be up against the Warhawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59.67 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
