The Bellbrook Golden Eagles will take on the Archbishop Alter Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Archbishop Alter took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Bellbrook, who comes in off a win.

Bellbrook not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 10, 2024. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over Greenon. The Golden Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Archbishop Alter's offense. They came up short against Beavercreek on Tuesday, falling 14-0. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Beavers: they've now lost four in a row.

Bellbrook's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Archbishop Alter, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Bellbrook came out on top in a nail-biter against Archbishop Alter in their previous meeting back in April of 2023, sneaking past 11-10. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
