Football Game Recap: Waltham vs. Acton-Boxborough

If there were any doubts about the heavy odds in favor of Acton-Boxborough coming into their contest against Waltham on Saturday, the team laid those doubts to rest. Acton-Boxborough steamrollered Waltham 35-0. 35 seems to be a good number for Acton-Boxborough as the team scooped up a victory with the same point total in their matchup last Friday against Dracut.

Acton-Boxborough added further sheen to their flawless record, now 6-0. The defeat dropped Waltham's record to 2-4.

Next week Acton-Boxborough take on Cambridge Rindge & Latin at 7:00 PM. Cambridge Rindge & Latin took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse Acton-Boxborough's good fortune. Waltham will have some time to rest before their next match, which is against Malden Catholic in six weeks at 10:00 AM.
