White Plains Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with an 85-72 win over Oak Level Baptist Academy on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Patriots as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville Street Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 50-33 to Raleigh Christian Academy.

Fayetteville Street Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for White Plains Christian, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7.

White Plains Christian beat Fayetteville Street Christian 67-60 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for White Plains Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
