Softball Recap: Texoma Christian Takes a Loss

Texoma Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 18-6 to the First Baptist Saints. On the bright side, the six- run effort marked the Eagles' highest-scoring contest to date.

Texoma Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for First Baptist, the win keeps they at an undefeated 11-0.

Texoma Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for First Baptist, they will take on Garland Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Swordsmen have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18 runs per game on average), something the Saints will no doubt try to take advantage of.
