Connor Gavigan put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over 4.1 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because East Bay is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 9-10 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Gavigan and East Bay will square off against Freedom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
