Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Argo). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 74-42 win over the Universal Stars. The victory continues a trend for the Argonauts in their matchups with the Stars: they've now won four in a row.

Argo's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Universal, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Argo will wrap up 2025 with a road trip to face off against Grayslake North at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Universal, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Southland College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
