Soccer Game Preview: Jackson Day vs. NCSSM: Morganton

The Jackson Day Mariners will venture away from home to take on the NCSSM: Morganton Dragons at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Jackson Day's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Jackson Day's offense. They came up short against Queen's Grant on Thursday, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, NCSSM: Morganton made sure to put some goals up on the board against Queen's Grant last Wednesday. They blew past the Stallions 5-2. It was an even better day for Hannah Xu as she scored three goals for her team.

The win got NCSSM: Morganton back to even at 3-3. As for Jackson Day, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
