Football Game Preview: Parkview Panthers vs. Norcross Blue Devils + How To Watch

The Parkview Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Norcross Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Parkview has given up an average of 37.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Parkview came up short against Brookwood and fell 32-20. While the Panthers had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Broncos 8-3.

Parkview might have lost, but man, Sterling Dixon was a machine: he rushed for 123 yards and one TD. The Panthers also got a significant boost from Zandon Mullins, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 99 yards.

Norcross not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 9, 2024 (when they won 49-0). They claimed a resounding 34-0 win over Meadowcreek. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Blue Devils' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Mustangs are ranked 292nd).

Norcross pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points over those games. As for Parkview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Parkview took a serious blow against Norcross in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 30-0. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
