After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Laramie, East was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the South Bison 3-2. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory last Wednesday.

East took South into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 21-25, 22-25, 25-13, 15-7.

East's victory bumped their record up to 18-16. As for South, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 18 of their last 21 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-22 record this season.

East wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Sheridan on the 1st. South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
