Basketball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 53-39 to the Cameron Dragons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 40-30 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Richmond's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cameron, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Richmond will take on Knob Noster in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on December 17th at. As for Cameron, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oak Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
