Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Viewmont). They came out on top against the Northridge Knights by a score of 75-66 on Wednesday. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on three straight.

It was another big night for Drezdon Jensen, who went 8 for 17 on his way to 24 points. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Lukus Toner, who went 6 of 7 en route to 15 points.

When it comes to explaining why Northridge lost, don't look at Cael Lake. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten boards. Those 27 points gave Lake a new career-high. Luke Bailey was another key player, going 6 for 11 on his way to 15 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Viewmont's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points per game. As for Northridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Viewmont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 58-46 win against Bonneville on the 17th. Northridge has also already played their next matchup, a 61-59 victory against Woods Cross on the 17th.
