After flying high against Bayshore Christian last Thursday, Cambridge Christian came back down to earth. The Lancers fell just short of the Faith Warriors by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Lancers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Cambridge Christian started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 14-25, 25-21, 25-23, 15-13.

Cambridge Christian's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Bayshore Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.
