 Grand Blanc hasn't had much luck against Romeo recently, but that could start to change  on Friday. The Bobcats will head out on the road to  face off against  the Bulldogs  at 7:00  p.m. One thing working in Grand Blanc's favor is that they have posted at least 31  points  every time they've taken the field this season.
Grand Blanc is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Michigan's top teams: Davison, who was ranked 21st  at the time (Grand Blanc was ranked seventh). The Bobcats really took it to the Cardinals for the full four quarters, racking up  a  57-29 victory. With the Bobcats ahead  35-10 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.

Grand Blanc got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Jake Morrow out in front who threw for 368 yards and five  touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one  score on only nine carries. That's the most  passing yards  Morrow has posted since back in October of 2024.  Jeremiah Coleman was another key rusher, gaining 186 total yards and three touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Romeo entered their tilt with Roseville on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They took down the Panthers 28-13.
 Grand Blanc better focus on containing  Sammy Nepa and  Brayden Watson as the pair were huge in Romeo's win. Nepa threw for 162 yards and three  TDs, while  Watson picked up 67 receiving yards and one  touchdown. Nepa also put up five  rushing yards, which were his first of the season.
 Grand Blanc's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Romeo, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
 Grand Blanc and Romeo were almost perfectly matched up  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, but Grand Blanc suffered an agonizing  14-13 defeat. Can the Bobcats avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
