Pen Argyl had to settle for second on Monday, but Cayden Vishnesky sure wasn't going down easily. Vishnesky was unstoppable, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Vishnesky and Pen Argyl will be playing at home against Notre Dame-Green Pond at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Vishnesky had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in April of 2024 4-0.
