Recap: Warren Central Warriors vs. North Central Panthers

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Warren Central Warriors had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 77-58 victory over the Panthers. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Warren Central was led to victory by Denell Jacobs and Denyha Jacobs. Jacobs scored 22 points along with seven rebounds and two steals, while Jacobs scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jacobs has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Teleah Davidson, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and five steals.

The win makes it two in a row for Warren Central and bumps their season record up to 13-9. As for North Central, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.

Warren Central will take on the Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Indianapolis Arsenal Technical is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses. North Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
