Basketball Recap: Central Valley Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Central Valley Christian Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 41-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Newbury Park Adventist Gators on Thursday.

Newbury Park Adventist has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Central Valley Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Liberty Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on February 4th. Newbury Park Adventist has already played their next contest (against Pine Tree Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
