Jackson Memorial lost against Southern Regional back in May, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Jaguars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. The Jaguars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Jackson Memorial had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-20.

Daniel Barry paced Jackson Memorial's offense, picking up 11 kills. Barry got some help from Reyhan Talib and his 22 assists. Barry also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Giedrius Makselis, racking up three apiece.

Jackson Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Southern Regional, the victory (which was their 19th in a row) raised their record to 25-1.

As of now, neither Jackson Memorial nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
