Baseball Game Preview: Ganado Indians vs. Flatonia Bulldogs

Ganado is 2-8 against Flatonia since April of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Indians will host the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Neither Ganado nor Flatonia posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

On Tuesday, Ganado didn't have quite enough to beat Shiner and fell 3-2. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ganado saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cain Hayden, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The Indians are 5-1 when Hayden posts two or more runs, but 2-9-1 otherwise.

Meanwhile, Flatonia came up short against Fayetteville two weeks ago and fell 6-2.

Ganado's loss dropped their record down to 7-10-1. As for Flatonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-1.
