San Marcos's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-0 to the Westlake Chaparrals. The defeat continues a trend for the Rattlers in their matchups with the Chaparrals: they've now lost five in a row.

San Marcos' loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Westlake, they now have a winning record of 3-2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Marcos will venture away from home to take on Davenport at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westlake, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Reagan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
