Softball Recap: Le Grand Bulldogs vs. Mariposa County Grizzlies
Le Grand came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Mariposa County Grizzlies. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Ava Avila made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched.
