Justin Lamb and Kasey Ingold provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Wheatmore. The connection was good for 55 yards, the longest such play in 3A Conference 9 this season.

North Forsyth was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to third in the league. The Vikings beat Parkland 48-0 earlier in the week.

Southwestern Randolph's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Lamb threw for 69 yards and Ingold had 55 yards receiving. On the ground Carter Huffman chipped in 197 yards. Wil Shephard helped Southwestern Randolph's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 34 yards.
