Basketball Recap: Hardeeville Takes a Loss

Hardeeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Savannah Christian Raiders and fell 62-14. The contest marked the Canes' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Hardeeville's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Savannah Christian, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Hardeeville won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Allendale-Fairfax at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hardeeville is facing Allendale-Fairfax at the right time seeing as Allendale-Fairfax is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Savannah Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Memorial Day at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Savannah Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
