Troy extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Ethan Mundt. The Warriors enjoyed a cozy 41-24 win over the El Toro Chargers on Friday with plenty of help from Mundt, who rushed for 134 yards and four TDs, and also picked up 71 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 134 rushing yards.

Although El Toro took the loss, they still got scores from Wyatt Nucci, Makade Romo, and Bryce Thacker.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for El Toro, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

Troy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 49-27 win against Orange on the 7th. As for El Toro, they have also already played their next game, a 50-31 loss against Orange Vista on the 7th.
