Basketball Recap: Fremont Takes a Loss

Fremont and Sequoia squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Fremont had to settle for second. They fell 59-49 to the Sequoia Ravens.

Fremont now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Sequoia, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season.

Fremont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sequoia, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Leigh at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Leigh will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Sequoia surely won't give up without a fight.
