Soccer Recap: MacArthur Find Success

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask MacArthur). They came out on top against the Pflugerville Connally Cougars by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but MacArthur were the better team in the second half.

MacArthur's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Pflugerville Connally, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

MacArthur didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Harlandale on the 6th. As for Pflugerville Connally, they have also already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Giddings on the 5th.
