Volleyball Recap: Lamesa Takes a Loss

Lamesa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Crane Cranes. If the Tornadoes were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Cranes when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-12, 25-16.

Lamesa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Crane, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lamesa is set to face off against their familiar foe Coahoma at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Crane will challenge rival Brownfield at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
