Soccer Game Preview: Windsor vs. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy

The Windsor Dukes will challenge the Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Windsor, who comes in off a win.

Windsor took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They never let Nandua get on the board and left with a 2-0 win.

Meanwhile, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to Steward.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Windsor, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Windsor beat Nansemond-Suffolk Academy by a goal in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 2-1. Do the Dukes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Saints turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
