Lake Placid is a perfect 3-0 against Wells since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bombers will square off against the Wells CSD at 4:30 p.m. Lake Placid will be strutting in after a victory while Wells will be coming in after a loss.

Lake Placid's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They put the hurt on Indian Lake Central/Long Lake Central with a sharp 20-0 win. The Bombers have beaten the Orange the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Orange has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Wells was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-2 to Schroon Lake.

Wells' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lake Placid, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
