After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Villa Duchesne, Metro was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lutheran North Crusaders an 8-0 shutout. Metro might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by three goals or more this season.

Metro has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those six contests. As for Lutheran North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.
